Fishing season is here
Last week Jacob and Kenny went fishing and caught their limit in trout. Jacob had a great time and helped reel in a couple of the fish. He didn't want to leave the lake that day, he's a real fisherman/outdoorsman at heart. (Just like his Dad!)
He's not afraid of touching the fish either, or the bait. In fact, some of the bait made it home as short-lived pets.

When he wasn't fishing he was climbing around on the hill or picking up sticks. Last year he would get bored really quickly but finally seems to have found an interest in it that lasts for quite a while. Afterwards they head to the lake house to have a burger and clean the fish. It is usually a pretty fun day.
